R – Twitter and Facebook sentiment analysis, network analysis, CATA; statistical analysis.
SPSS – bivariate to multivariate and logit and experience with syntax
Taught undergraduate students to use the software (two semesters)
Excel – experience with data manipulation and statistical calculation
